Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Neuraldemy, including but not limited to:

  • Custom web development projects (WordPress, Next.js, MERN, and similar)
  • Managed hosting plans
  • Digital products sold through our store (software, tools, templates, downloadable products, premium notes/support, etc.)
  • Any other paid product or service offered on neuraldemy.com

1. General Rule

We do not offer refunds unless we fail to deliver the service or product you paid for.

This means that once you’ve made a payment and we’ve provided what was promised whether that’s a delivered download, an active software license, access to a purchased tool, the start of a development project, or an active hosting plan – the payment is final.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, lack of use, dissatisfaction with something that was described before purchase, or because you found an alternative elsewhere. We ask that you review product descriptions, project scopes, and service details carefully before purchasing.

2. When a Refund May Apply

A refund may be considered only in cases where we fail to deliver what was paid for, including:

  • A digital product you purchased was never delivered, or the file/access is broken and cannot be fixed.
  • A software or tool you purchased does not function as described, and we’re unable to resolve the issue after being given a fair chance to fix it.
  • We are unable to begin or complete a service you paid for, due to reasons strictly on our end.
  • A payment was processed in error (e.g., duplicate charge).

3. Service-Specific Refund Rules

Because web development and managed hosting involve ongoing work, upfront resource allocation, and third-party costs, they follow strict rules on top of the general policy above:

  • Web Development Projects: Once a project has started (the advance payment is received and work has begun), refunds are not offered, even if you decide to stop the project partway through. Full details are in our [Web Development Terms & Conditions].
  • Managed Hosting: Hosting fees cover an active service period and are non-refundable once the plan is active. Server resources are provisioned immediately, and third-party costs (like domain registration) cannot be reversed. Full details are in our [Managed Hosting Terms & Conditions].

4. Store Products & Software

For products purchased through our store (e.g., software tools, digital downloads, premium content):

  • Refunds are not issued once the product has been successfully delivered, downloaded, or activated.
  • If a product is defective or fails to deliver, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can investigate and, where warranted, resolve the issue or issue a refund.
  • License keys, activation codes, or access credentials that have already been issued and used are not eligible for a refund except in cases of genuine product failure.

5. How Approved Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved under this policy:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method used.
  • Processing times typically take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.
  • Gateway Fees: Payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay) do not return transaction fees when a payment is refunded. If a refund is issued for a duplicate charge, accidental purchase, or a discretionary cancellation, the non-refundable payment gateway fee (typically 2-3%) will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • For service projects, any refund issued may account for exact costs, time, and effort already incurred on our end.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with a payment, you must contact our support team first. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first is a violation of these Terms. Doing so will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all active services, hosting plans, and software licenses associated with your account.

7. What This Policy Does Not Limit

This policy does not affect:

  • Bug fixes owed to you under our free post-launch support periods for development projects.
  • Any statutory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction and cannot be waived by this policy.

8. How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets the criteria in Section 2, please raise a support ticket via our support portal and include:

  1. Your order/project details
  2. The date of purchase
  3. A clear description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests promptly and will communicate our decision along with the reasoning.
